Concept Study Level I is an in-office planning session to provide you with sketched layouts, concept programming, business review and summary plan recommendations for your proposed center. We cover operational, marketing, planning, financial factors affecting the proposed solution(s). We follow up with written material and copies of the plan layouts/sketches performed in the phase.
Concept Design Level II includes the Concept Study Level I, a day trip to your site, and more developed CAD-based planning. We review the site, the local influences (land, planning/zoning, reviews with public economic council) and perform a more in-depth operational needs assessment. In the case of evaluating an existing facility, we review the facility and give our opinion as to the suitability and advise you of the ramifications for use in your project. Should it be determine that detailed infrastructure reviews are required (such as electrical panels/service, plumbing and mechanical units), these additional services can be arranged and performed by third party professionals. Our final report to you includes written material, concept plans and preliminary cost estimate.
