| Times Square Entertainment is the result of the creative talents at Scheirman Associates. This unique facility in Conroe, Texas incorporates a Times Square (New York City) theme into an exciting and energetic environment catering to a wide demographic customer base much like New York City itself.
Completed in April 2005 for owner Barry Chapman, Times Square consists of 36 lanes of bowling (6 of which are dedicated private party lanes with their own billiards tables), centralized food service, billiards, arcade, laser tag, and flexible meeting/party rooms adjacent to an expansive lounge with sports bar and high impact media elements.
Scheirman Associates provided a full range of architecture and design services including complete design and construction drawings, engineering, interior design, food service, project management, bowling equipment coordination, and construction phase services.
