2G Business Development to bring Bluffton Family Entertainment Center to Buckwalter Place in Bluffton, SC
|
| A $7 million family entertainment complex, including 24-lanes of bowling, is coming to Bluffton’s Buckwalter Place, officials with 2G Business Development (“2G”) and Buckwalter Place announced. |

The central attraction of the Bluffton Family Entertainment Center to be built by 2G, will be a bowling center featuring the latest in electronic scoring, online lane reservations, and dynamic video and lighting effects. A number of the lanes can be made private for group and party functions. The Center also will include a restaurant, sports lounge, snack bar, several party/conference rooms and a courtyard with outdoor seating. There will be a large game arcade and other entertainment attractions as well, all open seven days a week.
Bluffton-based Fraser Construction will build the project in conjunction with FEC expert Scheirman Associates of Dallas and Bluffton-based Court Atkins.

| 9.23.10 We Can't Tell you Who or Where...
But we can tell you what. The Company competed very favorably in a major Design Competition.
Sixty Architectural Firms were evaluated nationwide. We were among the six narrowed down for extended interviews. The short list of Three was chosen to participate in a Design Competition.
The client, being the recipient of great ideas did compensate each firm. We're not sure exactly where we ranked, but it wasn't number one. That lucky firm now has a good service contract with a great client.
We wish them well. We gave it everything we had and came up with a great solution.

| 8.25.10 Completed Master Planning report for Military
We submitted our final recommendations to Elmendorf Air Force Base POLAR BOWL. The project involves a 40-lane facility under serving the family service personnel at the base. After a 4-day site trip and good hard work, we returned to Dallas studio. Our recommendations are to eliminate the low 6 and the high 6 (lanes 1-6 and lanes 43-48) leaving the middle 28-lanes. In the first instance, we designed a Club Lounge, with a view to the mountains and outdoor deck. In the latter area we designed an Arcade/ party zone for kids and families.
We dedicate part of our design services to the Military, believing that we ought to provide the best possible service to those who serve us all. We are now in our tenth year of the relationship (military jargon: AFNAF Services to Master Plan and Design Bowling and other MWR facilities World Wide).

Construction is underway for the Executive Bowl Expansion, owned by Strike & Spare Family Entertainment and located in Louisville, KY, near the Kentucky State Fair grounds.
This exciting expansion will cater to casual and open play bowling for the surrounding community.
Grand opening party scheduled for late October this year.
